Zusammenfassung:We describe a case of a 78-year-old patient who presented perichondritis of the pinna in a mycosis fungoides context. The clinical course is marked by progressive necrosis of the pinna, which required surgical management. Final anatomopathological analysis of the surgical sample confirmed mycosis fungoides which transformed into a large T-cell lymphoma. Mycosis fungoides is the most common cutaneous T-cell lymphoma. The location of mycosis fungoides in the pinna is an extremely rare expression of this pathology. This case presents 3 interests regarding this disease: reminding its rare existence and potential aggressivity in the pinna, reminding its ability to initially mimic a perichondritis, and illustrating it with a perfect iconography. Keywords: Mycosis fungoides, perichondritis, pinna
