Zusammenfassung:One of the most characteristic manifestations of rheumatoid arthritis is a chronic pain syndrome. Its features and the relationship with the presence of anxiety and depressive disorders insufficiently studied. The study found that patients with rheumatoid arthritis is characterized by high intensity of pain , which related with the assessment of the patient general health and is not significantly dependent on objective indicators of rheumatoid arthritis activity. Pain severity, anxiety and depressive disorders increased with functional class and radiological stage. There were significant correlations between the class of chronic pain by Van-Korff and the level of depression.
