Zusammenfassung:The poultry industry decreases unemployment and delivers protein worldwide. Due to economic concerns, urbanization, and population increase, developing nations have embraced the 23-billion-person global chicken industry. Poultry workers get exposed to dust, allergens, endotoxins, pathogens, chemical contaminants, and organic fumes. Workers in this region may get asthma, skin allergies, and respiratory issues from these exposures. Thus, this study examined poultry market employees in Savar, Dhaka's risk variables and occupational diseases. This industrial area was studied for demographics, lifestyle, and respiratory complaints. This study examined poultry worker demographics and respiratory disorders to enhance farm management and environmental conditions. The cross-sectional study included 100 chicken industry workers. The European Community Respiratory Health Survey questionnaire and SPSS were used to collect and analyze data. In the poll, 41 % of workers had shortness of breath and 22 % have asthma. PM2.5 averaged 136.7 μg per cubic meter, while PM10 averaged 162 μg in the workplace. These measures show poor workplace condition. Demographics, occupational diseases, poultry sector waste environmental fate and impact, greenhouse gas consequences, and poultry dust heavy metals need further investigation.
