Research Hotspots and Trends of Knowledge Transfer in China Based on Visualization Analysis

[Purpose/Significance] In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge has become an important social resource. Effective knowledge transfer will promote the exchange and sharing of knowledge, and play an irreplaceable role in improving organizational knowledge applications and innovation capabilities. Research in the field of knowledge transfer has produced rich results. However, the research review of knowledge transfer from various perspectives in China needs to be improved. [Method/Process] This paper selects CiteSpace software and adopts the bibliometric method to present visualization analysis of 2,854 journal papers related to knowledge transfer from core journals, CSSCI, and CSCD in the CNKI database. The analysis includes the core authors, academic institutions, and keyword data of the sample literature, and draws a keyword knowledge map that reflects the dynamics of the research topics.
