Zusammenfassung:Immunoglobulin A nephropathy (IgAN) is a common primary glomerular disease contributing to end-stage renal failure. In this study, the induced pluripotent stem cell line GWCMCi001-A from PBMCs of a 4-year-old male patient with IgAN using the episomal plasmids was established, which is an ideal in vitro model to understand the exact pathogenesis of IgAN.
