De la relocalisation à la recomposition territoriale : adapter l’approche aux risques côtiers

In France, the proposed adaptation solutions are multiple and among them, the relocation of real estate is a possibility increasingly put forward by public authorities, especially since the launch of the National Strategy for Integrated Management of the Coastline in 2012. Since 2018 the OR2C, in Pays de la Loire, has engaged in a reflection to define different criteria likely to interact in the relocation process in a context of coastal erosion. On this basis a classification in 8 spatial configurations has been developed. It is presented in this article, before analyzing in more precisely one of these spatial configurations corresponding to the territory of La Tranche-sur-Mer where various scenarios are possible.
