Zusammenfassung:	Low back pain (LBP) is a major symptom of symptomatic lumbar spinal stenosis (SLSS). It is important to assess LBP in patients with SLSS to develop better treatment. This study aimed to analyse the factors associated with LBP in patients with SLSS. This cross-sectional study included consecutive patients with SLSS aged between 51 and 79 years who had symptoms in one or both the legs, with and without LBP.
