Zusammenfassung:We present a genome assembly from an individual female (the bulrush Neoascia; Arthropoda; Insecta; Diptera; Syrphidae). The genome sequence is 601.9 megabases in span. Most of the assembly is scaffolded into 4 chromosomal pseudomolecules, including the X sex chromosome. The mitochondrial genome has also been assembled and is 17.76 kilobases in length. Gene annotation of this assembly on Ensembl identified 22,086 protein coding genes.
