As this is a relatively complex issue, road management must be understood in a holistic way, including risk assessment. The dynamics of the sector entails a considerable number of critical factors that have a direct or indirect impact on the achievement of the basic goals of infrastructure management and maintenance organization in the context of ensuring road management and mobility while respecting the basic concept of sustainability. The objective of this article is to define the critical factors of sustainable development in road management, especially in terms of ad hoc maintenance. |
