Zusammenfassung:Individual physiological and biochemical features of the effects of feeding with various concentrations of inactivated baker's yeast on the lipid exchange of young Russian sturgeon fingerlings are studied for the first time. Features of lipid metabolism in the organism of Russian sturgeon fingerlings are shown on the example of the liver, with addition of baker's yeast to the main feed. In particular, the information on content of total lipids, diacylglycerols (DAG), nonesterified fatty acid (NEFA), phospholipids, cholesterol esters in the liver tissues of experimental fishes is given. Thus, for the organism of sturgeon fingerlings, which actively gain muscle mass in conditions of intensification, feeding with yeast content of 5 % will be more effective for lipid metabolism in the liver. Such concentration will promote less stress on the body from metabolites and increase the growth potential of this fish.
