Zusammenfassung:In this study, we report a parapharyngeal diffuse large B‐cell lymphoma in a human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infected patient which had caused the patient to suffer from Garcin syndrome. Lymphoma is one of the most prevalent AIDS‐defining disorders and could be present as parapharyngeal space tumors mass. Parapharyngeal space masses may lead to unilateral whole nerve palsies named as Garcin syndrome.
