Zusammenfassung:The present paper covers the issue of missing measurement data betweentwo or more actually located epochs within a deformationnetwork. Real measurements were attainedfrom experimental locating of the 3D geodetic deformation network applying the globalnavigation satellite system (GNSS) to the points around the upper reservoir of water transfer power stationČierny Váh. Contraryto the other terrestrial technologies, theadvantage of using GNSS is seen in the fact that the technology is not influenced byuncertaintiesof low-level layers of atmosphere and individual visibilities between points falling within the screened area are unnecessary. In the process of resolving, simulatedand subsequently generated were missing observation data between two epochs. Simulationintermediate results were subsequently analysed, graphicallyillustrated and verified was at what time point the shift of an unstable pointoccurred.
