Zusammenfassung:A complex dynamic examination of 162 pregnant patients was carried out. The study revealed the link between severity of systemic inflammatory response syndrome in the I trimester and development of late pregnancy complications. Increased levels of proinflammatory cytokines, decreased phagocytic and functional activity of neutrophils and changes in correlation CD4/CD8 in the I trimester could serve as early markers of complicated pregnancy.
