Zusammenfassung:The article discusses the implementation of European standards of quality management of enterprises ISO 9000, in particular in the field of medical treatment services, modern management methods and models in this area. A model of quality management of medical institutions based on the proposed «cybernetic approach» proposed by the authors is proposed. Analysis of compliance with the main provisions of the proposed cybernetic approach and the requirements of ISO 9000 standards shows their good correlation. The article focuses on the practical consideration of the quality management system existing in a particular medical institution – «ATOS» clinic, Kiev. The specifics of the profile of this medical institution dictate the features of the applied quality management model, in which such principles of ISO 9000 as “leadership”, “personnel involvement” are especially important  this conclusion follows from a detailed examination of the professional and methodological foundations of treatment used in the «ATOS» clinic. Recommendations are given on the coordination of all aspects of medical activity based on the principles of the cybernetic approach, taking into account the requirements of ISO 9000, which will contribute to improving the quality of services provided.
