HEMATOLOGIA DE JUNDIÁS EM RESPOSTA AO NÍVEL DE PROTEÍNA NA DIETA

In this study, hematology was evaluated in jundiá fishmales and females fed with three protein levels: 24, 27and 30% CP. A total of 270 fishes (1 35 males and 1 35females – initial weight of 21 6.38 ± 26.73 g) were fedduring 1 00 days, in a water re-use system containing 1 8tanks (six treatments and...

Zusammenfassung:In this study, hematology was evaluated in jundiá fishmales and females fed with three protein levels: 24, 27and 30% CP. A total of 270 fishes (1 35 males and 1 35females – initial weight of 21 6.38 ± 26.73 g) were fedduring 1 00 days, in a water re-use system containing 1 8tanks (six treatments and three replicates). After thisperiod, six fishes by treatment were captured for bloodcollection, by which the following values were obtained:hematocrit, hemoglobin, red blood cells, meancorpuscular volume, mean corpuscular hemoglobin, meancorpuscular hemoglobin concentration and platelets. Themales showed higher values (P0.05). It can beconcluded that jundiá fish males showed higherhematological parameters compared to females. Thedietary protein influences in platelets and meancorpuscular hemoglobin concentration of jundiá fish.
