Zusammenfassung:The paper presents the results of extended preclinical studies demonstrating the safety using the direct-acting antiviral drug Riamilovir in immature white rats. Riamilovir did not show any toxic effects on the growth of animals, their fertility, behavior, hematological and biochemical parameters, as well as morphology of visceral organs when used in a course. According to the results of the studies, Ramilovir can be recommended for multicenter clinical trials in adolescents and children of younger age groups.
