Zusammenfassung: | This research aims to develop a product that is prototype leg split machine 2 in 1 (two functions) to help do split while measuring split capability. In addition it also aims to find out the level of effectiveness of tools in training and measuring the split of athletes. Specifically the purpose of this research can be formulated, namely: Produce a product in the form of tools / media to train the ability of split athletes while measuring the ability of split athletes independently. The form that has been made in advance is validated by 2 experts, 1 material expert, 1 media expert, where the percentage of validity is 90%-95%. From the results of small group trials against 5 athletes Siahaan Gymnastic can be concluded that the use of Prototype Leg Split Machine 2n1 already meets the criteria worthy of use. The percentage of validation from polls that have been shared with respondents shows that 90%-95%.The percentage of validity of the questionnaires that have been shared with the sample shows that 90%-98%. It can be concluded prototype Leg Split Machine 2n1 is effective and efficient to train while measuring the ability of split athletes both and the tools that are used is very interesting, because it is very important in training so that the exercise is not boring and so the input of every trainer throughout Indonesia. |
