Zusammenfassung: | The durability of the combination of Fly Ash (FA) and Copper Slag (CS) in concrete is studied in the paper. Experimental study was conducted to determine durability properties such as saturated water absorption, porosity, coefficient of water absorption, sorptivity, rapid chloride ion penetration test, and Alkalinity (pH) test. The microstructure of concrete was tested and quantitative analysis was carried out at the age of 90 days by the scanning electron microscope and energy dispersive X-ray. The results show that concrete properties are improved by the combined use of FA and CS. |
