Zusammenfassung:In article it is shown, that history of the national-state Demarcation in Soviet Central Asia per 1924-1925 was the important step in realization of Lenin national policy of Turkestan. In this question a great role was played by the Bureau of Central Asia Central Committee Russian Communist Party (Bolsheviks), and also the Kirghiz (Kazakh) ASSR management which insisted that the Tashkent district has been completely carried to Kazakhstan. However, the final decision on questions at issue was accepted in Moscow, in the central bodies of USSR with participation of representatives of Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kirghizia and Turkmenistan.
