Zusammenfassung:The typical education policies of the current neoliberalism, conservatism and neocolonialism favor an uncritical education and, therefore, unfair curricular projects and, what is worse, without awareness of this on the part of an important important sector of the teaching staff. It is urgent to defend education as an inclusive political project aimed at identifying and overcoming the obstacles that make it difficult for disadvantaged children to access school institutions, participate democratically in schools and be successful at school. This philosophy demands to be optimistic about the possibilities of education and to demand democratic educational policies that contribute to the formation of a democratic, public and critical teaching staff, trained, educated, supportive, fair, inclusive and always optimistic about the student’s chances of success.
