Zusammenfassung:This paper examined the factors affecting the commitment of office staff in Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC). The data is collected through questionnaires from 253 office staff; the SPSS software is used to analyse data through Cronbach’s Alpha reliability testing method, Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA), and regression analysis. The research results revealed that training and development opportunities, salary and bonuses, and employee benefits are three critical factors that positively affect the commitment of office staff to the enterprise. The study provides implications or strategies for managers to improve their human resource management and enhance long-term employee commitment.
