Zusammenfassung: | The paper presents the directions of change of subjective structures in polish food industry and in processing ofplant products in Poland after accession to the EU. There were presented changes the changes in the share of individualgroups of companies both in the total number of entities, average employment and the value of sold production and theimpact these changes have on productivity in the analyzed groups of companies. The analysis can be concluded thatthe transnational corporations had huge impact on the concentration processes and the productivity growth of businessentities in the plant-based products processing industry in Poland in the years 2004-2014. |
