Zusammenfassung:The paper analyzes the electron-hole processes in silver azide with the crystal lattice polarization by the charge carriers. Energy and dynamics parameters of polarons are defined. Effective masses of electrons and holes are estimated and their mobility is defined taking into account their scattering by longitudinal optical phonons. The energy position of the defect levels in the band gap of silver azide is estimated. Rate constants and capture cross sections of electrons and holes in the charged and neutral defects of the silver azide crystal lattice are defined.
