Zusammenfassung: | The article analyzes the conditions of the modern educational paradigm of the higher education institution, notes the difficulties in organizing and implementing many tasks for improving the activities of higher education institutions. The authors, relying on the development and practical recommendations existing in the university theory and practice of teaching, reveal the process of the students` evaluation of the activities of a teacher in an artistic institution – the Academy of Music, Theatre and Fine Arts from the Republic of Moldova. The main attention is focused on the formation of an active, creative interaction between the student and the teacher, as well as the identification of factors negatively affecting the educational process at the institution of arts. An attempt is being made to select those means and methods of the educational process that would contribute not only to its improvement on the basis of active cooperation between the student and the teacher, but would also positively influence the creation of a healthy moral and psychological climate at the education institution. |
