Authors' Background With the capacity of the International Affairs Secretary of Bangladesh Medical Association and the Coordinator of Foreign Training at the National Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases (NICVD), the corresponding author was involved with hosting 14 foreign medical teams visiting Bangladesh for technology transfer between 1996 and 2013 (Table 1).
