Zusammenfassung:Much of the past literature examining the field of student affairs and services from an international perspective has done so from an organisational lens at the country level. Drawing from open-ended survey responses, this paper focuses on the issues and challenges identified by individual student affairs and services staff members from Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand. Understanding the issues and challenges faced by colleagues in other cultural contexts may motivate an international exchange of effective practices used in local contexts to address challenges that exist globally.
