La construcción de eficiencias colectivas en redes de PyMES

This work contains findings from a study of small and medium aquaculture producers in Mexico, who after working together, have achieved collective efficiency network. The methodological strategy used was the case study, were considered conceptual and theoretical aspects of networks and collective action to explain the process of interaction between the actors and what has been the basis of their interdependencies. Joint cooperation model is proposed that privileges the cognitive frame actor, describing the form of government that has led to the relationship of the actors and their joint action, allowing the network, develop skills and to adapt their ways of work and inter organizational governance towards more sustainable development.
