It is known that the technological vigilance is an effort of an organization in the way to observe, analyze, receive, disseminate and retrieve information about the competitiveness in time. Technological vigilance means monitoring, observing, checking and updating developments, usually well-defined areas of interest to pursue a particular purpose.
