Hydrogen Peroxide Improves the Efficiency of a Peripheral Blood PCR Assay for Diagnosis of Human Brucellosis
The aim of this study was to verify the usefulness of hydrogen peroxide (H sub(2)O sub(2)) in the elimination of the most common blood contaminants, thus enabling a reduction in the number of washings required for a peripheral blood PCR assay used for the diagnosis of human brucellosis.
