Zusammenfassung:Indonesia currently still faces triple burden diseases in which communicable, non-communicable and re-emerging diseases has increased in the same time. There is a need to implement health program collaboratively. This article aimed to describe community engagement program that performed by Majelis Pembina Kesehatan Umum (MPKU) PP Muhammadiyah in collaboration with Ministry of Health of Indonesia in accelerating the implementation of Healthy Life Movement (Germas), decreasing stunting and eliminating TB through the implementation of Health Promoting Hospital in 6 Muhammadiyah Hospital in 4 provinces in Indonesia. The activities were implemented from July until November 2018. Method used for increasing Health Promoting Hospital performance were creating HPH Guideline for Muhammadiyah Hospital, Facilitating Health Volunteer for implementing HPH outside Hospital and developing health promotion media for HPH implementation. We developed poster, leaflet, manual fan, nutrition measurement guideline as media for health promotion. Later, health volunteer orientation method was used two ways communication method. Information that delivered in the orientation was Germas implementation and responsibility and role of health volunteer in implementing Germas in the community level. HPH programs have been implemented varied in the location of activities.
