Zusammenfassung: | A thorough knowledge of root canal morphology and good anticipation of their possible morphological variations may help to prevent iatrogenic errors and ensure success. The morphology of permanent maxillary first molar has been studied extensively with more emphasis on extra number of roots and root canals; however, the presence of two canals in two-rooted maxillary first molar has rarely been documented in the literature describing tooth and root canal anatomies. This case report documents the successful endodontic management of a two-rooted maxillary first molars with two canals, which was present bilaterally. |
