Zusammenfassung: | Barr and Tagg (1995) challenge American colleges to redefine their goals and shift from an "instruction" to a "learning" environment, thus allowing students to engage in more cooperative and constructive learning environments. Currently available technology makes such a paradigm shift possible. However, resources need to be carefully integrated and placed in a pedagogically meaningful context in order to be useful for class work: It is not the technology, it is the pedagogy we have to be concerned with. The paper shows how various technologies can be integrated into the curriculum to enhance the learning process. It also offers suggestions for Web-based activities that are cooperative and constructive. (Verlag). |
