Zusammenfassung:The personal album of Zoila Aurora Cáceres (Lima, 1872-Madrid, 1958) —writ-er, associationist, and feminist activist— contains heterogeneous documents (in terms of content and materiality) as a record of her path between 1880 and 1910. Notable items include correspondence, photographs, postcards, journalistic notes, manuscripts, and literary reviews that highlight her intellectual networks. This collection of documents is the focus of a research project where digital hu-manities tools, artificial intelligence, and principles of open science are applied. We are interested in this album as an artifact because of its marginality within institutional archives, associated with prevailing patriarchal narratives in such repositories (Derrida, 1995), as well as challenges posed by its heterogeneity for conventional critical approaches.Conceiving the album as an archive in itself, we propose a feminist approach for an ethical and critical use of artificial intelligence resources in two application areas: on one hand, automatic text recognition which becomes crucial for enhanc-ing accessibility, readability, and visibility of the multiple documents contained in the album; and on the other hand, generative artificial intelligence for creat-ing interactive platforms and resources. Our intention is for both technologies to bring the album and its author closer to a diverse community of users who view Cáceres’s documents —as well as those of other intellectuals in future phases of the project— as an essential source for building knowledge about her legacy, lit-erature, feminism, and intellectual history. A p
