Zusammenfassung: | The Experience Report is a qualitative approach to scientific research, whose objective is to describe the researcher's experience, in the teaching practice of teaching about Financial Education, to a group of young people between 17 and 21 years old who are part of the Professional Learning program, in a private professional education institution in the interior of the state of São Paulo. In total, four classes were taught on the topic of Financial Education, among the main concepts involved: what is money, consumption, credit, banking spread, interest, loan, financing, financial planning and investments. The Experience Report describes, in detail, the teaching practices used in classes as well as the challenges identified by the researcher. The study also relies on the self-assessment that students made about the learning obtained in these classes.From the students' reports, it is clear that Financial Education is relevant to achieving their autonomy and personal goals, since with the knowledge acquired they understand that they also need to act responsibly with their financial resources, it is also clear that the training continuing training in Financial Education is essential to achieve good results, it is suggested that an institution creates continuing training in Financial Education of at least 60 hours. The curriculum of the Professional Learning program must also adapt to the times, in order to deal with such an important subject for the critical citizenship training of young people, who are entering the job market and thus building their autonomy
O Relato de Experiência é uma abordagem qualitativa de pesquisa cientifica, cujo objetivo é descrever a experiência do pesquisador, na prática docente do ensino sobre Educação Financeira, para um grupo de jovens entre 17 e 21 anos que fazem parte do programa de Aprendizagem Profissional, em uma instituição de ensino profissional privada do interior do estado de São Paulo. Ao todo foram ministradas quatro aulas sobre a temática Educação Financeira, dentre os principais conceitos abordados estão: o que é o dinheiro, consumo, crédito, spread bancário, juro, empréstimo, financiamento, planejamento financeiro e investimentos. O Relato de Experiência descreve, com detalhes, as práticas docentes utilizadas nas aulas assim como os desafios identificados pelo pesquisador.
