Zusammenfassung:For an organization to develop a pleasant work climate, the people who work in it must be tolerant, leaders must avoid situations of irritation and stress within their work environment. The purpose of this research was to present the methodology that was used in the thesis “Determination of the individual behavioral style of the leaders of the COOP Calceta Ltda for the definition of an improvement plan that would contribute to the optimization of the leader-collaborator relationship , through diagnostic techniques. " This research is based on the application of the Alessandra Test, where reference is made to 4 types of behavioral behavior, in this way a group of employees participated, including leaders and heads of COOP Calceta Ltda, this allowed determining what type of behavior resemble each other. In the research development of the object of study, data collection techniques and methods were used, such as: qualitative and quantitative, a Focus Group was applied to relate the results and debate the profiles. In correspondence with the data collected, the results were obtained. Subsequently, the analysis of the information collected was carried out, in order to know the current situation through the method of evaluation by experts; With this, we proceeded to develop a plan to improve the shortcomings found in the development of the management. Hence, it was possible to improve the behavioral behavior of the leaders and collaborators of the Coop Calceta Ltda. Para que organización desarrolle un clima de trabajo agradable las personas que trabajan en ella deben ser tolerantes, los líderes deben evitar situaciones de irritación y estrés dentro de su ambiente laboral. La presente investigación tuvo como finalidad presentar la metodología que se utilizó en la tesis “determinación del estilo de comportamiento conductual individual de los líderes de la COOP Calceta Ltda para la definición de un plan de mejora que contribuiría a la optimización de la relación líder-colaborador, mediante técnicas de diagnóstico.” Esta investigación está basada en la aplicación del Test de Alessandra, donde se hace referencia a 4 tipos de comportamiento conductual, de esta manera participaron un grupo de empleados entre ellos líderes y jefes de la COOP Calceta Ltda, esto permitió determinar a qué tipo de conducta se asemejan.
