Zusammenfassung: | The organizational climate is dependent on the ability to adapt or dis-adapt of human beings to
different situations that arise in the work environment. The adaptation process of individuals varies
from one moment to another and is very important since, achieving adaptation denotes mental health
through 3 fundamental characteristics: Feeling good about yourself. Feeling good about others. and
be able to face the demands of life on their own, therefore it is vitally important to prevent
occupational risks in public management in a work environment where good working conditions are
guaranteed, are well paid and health is guaranteed. and security. From there arises the objective of
this research to analyze the organizational climate of occupational risk prevention in public
management. Challenges and perspectives The descriptive - documentary method was used based on
various types of research whose focus is the review of documents from various sources, such as books,
journal articles, laws, as well as documents derived from empirical studies in the context of public
management and occupational risks. Despite the importance of the public function, the preservation
of health in Ecuadorian workplaces has not reached its full development. For this reason, it is
necessary to create safe working conditions to minimize damage, this can be achieved through the
design and application of programs for their prevention, in accordance with what is established in the
constitution and the laws, thus avoiding that management public, a process so relevant to the social
development of the nation, is compromised.
El clima organizacional es dependiente de la habilidad para adaptarse o des adaptarse de los seres humanos a diferentes situaciones que se presentan en el ambiente de trabajo. El proceso de adaptación de los individuos varía de un momento a otro y es muy importante ya que, lograr la adaptación denota salud mental a través de 3 características fundamentales: Sentirse bien consigo mismo, sentirse bien con respecto a los demás. y ser capaces de enfrentar por sí mismas las exigencias de la vida, por lo tanto es de vital importancia la prevención de riesgos laborales en la gestión pública en un ambiente laboral donde se garanticen buenas condiciones de trabajo, sean bien remunerados y se garantice la salud y seguridad.
