Zusammenfassung:The objective of this study was to analyze the incidence of virtual educational platforms in strengthening the didactic-pedagogical processes of teachers. Positivism constituted the paradigm that supported the research, the study by its nature was quantitative, descriptive in scope, the research method was quasi-experimental. The social actors that made up the sample group were 75 teachers from an educational institution attached to the Educational District 18D01 of the Ambato canton. The results of the research show that the resources that educational platforms have allow and facilitate teaching actions, as well as envision an improvement in the epistemological foundations of didactics and pedagogy, which gives the teacher sustained theoretical foundations for disciplinary knowledge. In the same context, through the application of the t Student, it was confirmed that the virtual educational platforms present significance with the development of the motivational processes of didactics and pedagogy. Finally, it coincides with the idea of incorporating actions and programs that aim to include technologies for teaching and learning, which the authors share; Lugo and Ithurburu (2019), Cobo, (2016), in Paraguay, the National Education Plan 2020, since today technology is advancing by leaps and bounds and students are not oblivious to this reality, they are updated and use it in their daily activities, so it is necessary for teachers to renew their baggage of teaching strategies. El objetivo del presente estudio fue analizar la incidencia de las plataformas educativas virtuales en el fortalecimiento de los procesos didáctico pedagógicas de los docentes. El positivismo constituyó el paradigma que sustentó la investigación, el estudio por su naturaleza fue cuantitativo, de alcance descriptivo, el método de investigación fue cuasi experimental. Los actores sociales que conformaron el grupo de la muestra fueron 75 docentes de una institución educativa adscrita al Distrito Educativo 18D01 del cantón Ambato. Los resultados de la investigación denotan que los recursos que poseen las plataformas educativas permiten y facilitan el accionar docente, así como también vislumbran un mejoramiento de los fundamentos epistemológicos de la didáctica y pedagogía, que otorga al docente teóricos sustentados para la fundamentación del saber disciplinario.
