Zusammenfassung:Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is characterized by the presence of persistent deficits in communication and social interaction, as well as restricted and repetitive patterns of behaviors, interests and activities. As a way of enabling the inclusion of autistic children in the school environment, guidance from teachers who work with this population is extremely important. The purpose of the study is to present the guidance experience carried out for teachers who teach autistic students, accompanied by the ASD Care Center, in the city of Monte Alto-SP, from June 2022 to June 2023. This is a descriptive study, of the experience report type, based on the science ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) and related to experiences with teachers in orientations, carried out monthly. As a result, teachers found it difficult to welcome these students, direct activities, deal with disruptive behaviors and manage daily activities. The importance of a support tool to provide teachers with greater theoretical support for practice with autistic students is discussed, to contribute to inclusion, learning and socialization in the school environment. This experience expanded the experiences of the teacher's perspective on the school inclusion of children with ASD, shedding light on the need for theoretical training and instrumentalization of teachers, considering the particularities of neurodevelopment and behavior of this population and contributing to the greater effectiveness of inclusive educational assistance.
