Zusammenfassung:(World Health Organization WHO, 2018) It states that the direct health risks of occupational stress have been related to heart disease, digestive disorders, increased blood pressure and headaches, musculoskeletal disorders such as low back pain, among other problems health related; In this sense, an investigation is proposed whose objective is to evaluate the degree of stress in the work performance of Police Servants Subzone Imbabura Nº10; through the application of primary and secondary data collection instruments. The applied methodology is quantitative, with documentary and field-type designs; The population studied is 153 Police Servants divided into administrative 18, operative 48 and company 87. The results are evidenced from the Maslach Burnout Inventory Test (MBI); the dimension of personal fulfillment of the studied population is at a LOW level of the scale of analysis of the categories of work stress; in the depersonalization dimension of the population studied, it is at a HIGH level of the scale of analysis of the categories of work stress; and in the emotional exhaustion dimension, the population studied is at a MEDIUM level of the scale of analysis of the categories of work stress. The conclusion shows that there are problems related to occupational health; In the emotional fatigue dimension, it presents a medium level (19.76) according to the analysis scale; Likewise, in the depersonalization dimension, it is at a high level (10.57) on the scale of analysis; It is evidenced in the dimension personal fulfillment that is at a low level (32.38) of the scale of analysis of the categories of work stress. And related to the gender dimension, it is observed that the category of work stress is framed in the valuation between 19 and 26; In this sense, it is considered MEDIUM, which is why it is determined that there are no significant differences in stress levels in relation to gender.
