A COOPERAÇÃO ENTRE A EXTENSÃO UNIVERSITÁRIA E A INICIATIVA PASCH “SCHULEN: PARTNER DER ZUKUNFT”: EXPERIÊNCIAS E PERSPECTIVAS NA FORMAÇÃO DE PROFESSORES

The article reports on the experience of the outreach program “PASCH - Schools: partners for the future”, a cooperation between the Ceará State Office of Education, the Federal University of Cea-rá (UFC) and the PASCH Initiative, which aims to promote German language teaching and internatio-nal cultural understanding. The PASCH Initiative is coordinated worldwide by the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs and four educational and academic cooperation institutions, and offers German courses in two public schools in Fortaleza since 2009. The UFC, for its turn, plays an important role in the training of future German teachers. In this context, the activities of the outreach program create a so-called hybrid training space, combining theory and practice. This experience report highlights the role of outreach as a way of complementing academic formation and explores the importance of the university in promoting language policies in the teaching and learning of the German language. O artigo relata experiência no programa de extensão "PASCH - Escolas: parceiras para o futuro", cooperação entre a Secretaria de Educação do Estado do Ceará, a Universidade Federal do Ceará (UFC) e a Iniciativa PASCH, que visa promover o ensino da língua alemã e a compreensão cultural internacional. A Iniciativa PASCH é coordenada mundialmente pelo Ministério das Relações Exteriores da Alemanha, em conjunto com quatro instituições de educação e cooperação acadêmica e oferece cursos de alemão em duas escolas estaduais de Fortaleza desde 2009. A UFC, por sua vez, desempenha importante papel na formação de futuros professores de alemão. Desse modo, as atividades do programa extensionista criam um chamado espaço de formação híbrido, unindo teoria e prática. O presente relato de experiência destaca o papel da extensão como complemento à formação acadêmica e explora a importância da universidade na promoção de políticas linguísticas no ensino e aprendizagem da língua alemã.
