What are the likely effects of tax changes? What are the likely effects of change through consensus? What factors considered when arise as the result change? Why do people resist change? Why organizations resist change? Does resistance to change is always negative? Can the human resources management contribute to greater capacity for change? How are interrelated strategic changes with changes in the operating system? Are the best gradual changes? What are the variables of a model of effective change in the behavior of organizations?.

Hundreds of publications on the processes and management of change have appeared in the second half of the century and everything indicates that many more were submitted in the future, and that is that technology, innovation, the very culture of organizations, computerizing society and multiple environmental factors associated with globalization, today more than ever to experience profound transformations before unexpected rhythm.
