Zusammenfassung: | Work inclusion of people with disabilities is an emerging issue in organizations from the perspective of rights and corporate social responsibility, it is important to have measuring instruments to evaluate the development of this process. It is intended to determine the psychometric properties of the Scale of Labor Inclusion of People with Disabilities. Under an instrumental design, with a sample of 512 workers, the majority were women (62.9%), the sectors with the highest participation were commercial (28.5%) and services (27.9%). The psychometric qualities of the scale are assessed from exploratory and confirmatory factoranalysis. The results reflect properties adjusted to the instrument with adequate internal consistency. The reliability index of the factors Support and connection was 0.94, Permanence 0.90 and Progress 0.84. A three-factor solution model is obtained, whose goodness of fit was sχ2/df = 2.58, CFI = 0.98, TLI = 0.98, RMSEA = 0.079 (90% CI: 0.062 -0.096), indicating that it is guaranteed construct validity. According to the exploratory factor analysis, an adequate sample adequacy index is observed. Likewise,the confirmatory factor analysis shows that the relationship model has an adequate level of adjustment. The scale can be applied to populations in similar contexts to identify levels of implementation of labor inclusion practices.
La inclusión laboral de personas con discapacidad es un tema emergente en las organizaciones desde una perspectiva de derechos y responsabilidad social empresarial, resulta importante disponer de instrumentos que permitan evaluar el desarrollo de este proceso. Se pretende determinar las propiedades psicométricas de la Escala de Inclusión Laboral de Personas con Discapacidad. Bajo un diseño instrumental, con una muestra de 512 trabajadores, la mayoría fueron mujeres (62,9%), los sectores con mayor participación fueron el comercial (28,5%) y servicios (27,9%). Se valoran las cualidades psicométricas de la escala a partir del análisis factorial exploratorio y confirmatorio. Los resultados reflejan propiedades ajustadas al instrumento con una adecuada consistencia interna. El índice de confiabilidad de los factores Apoyo y vinculación fue de 0,94, Permanencia 0,90 y Progreso 0,84. Se obtiene un modelo de solución de tres factores, cuya bondad de ajuste fue sχ2/df = 2.58, CFI = 0,98, TLI = 0,98, RMSEA = 0,079 (IC 90%: 0.062 -0.096), indicando que se garantiza la validez de constructo.
