Zusammenfassung:Objective: Apply pedagogical strategies in a virtual educational conference to prevent ergonomic risks in students of the hybrid modality of the Nursing Career of the Technical University of Machala in the period 2021-1. Methods: The present investigation was non-experimental of a descriptive type with a quantitative approach, the population was selected from the convenience sampling; thus determining 83 students of the second semesters A, B and C; who were surveyed through a questionnaire developed in Google Forms to diagnose the physical state of the respondents, which consisted of 10 questions with variables related to ergonomic risks and a post- test that evaluated the knowledge acquired after the conference. Results: The data obtained from the survey show that 88.0% of the students presented musculoskeletal discomfort during the pandemic, having a relationship with 78.3% who spend more than 5 hours using the computer, according to this it was seen the need to plan pedagogical strategies to educate students. Conclusions: It is concluded that ergonomic problems are linked to the study in hybrid modality because it was determined that the type of ergonomics affected is physical ergonomics, thus presenting students with discomfort in the lumbar, neck and shoulder areas. The pedagogical strategy to prevent risks was a virtual educational conference, successfully developed with the active participation of students, which contributes to the promotion of health that is directly linked to the nursing teaching role. Objetivo: Aplicar estrategias pedagógicas en una conferencia educativa virtual para prevenir riesgos ergonómicos en estudiantes de modalidad híbrida de la Carrera de Enfermería de la Universidad Técnica de Machala en el periodo 2021-1. Métodos: La presente investigación fue no experimental de tipo descriptivo con enfoque cuantitativo, la población se la seleccionó a partir del muestreo por conveniencia; determinando así, a 83 estudiantes de los segundos semestres A, B y C; quienes fueron encuestados a través de un cuestionario elaborado en Google Forms para diagnosticar el estado físico de los encuestados, que consistió de 10 preguntas con variables relacionadas a los riesgos ergonómicos y un post-test que evaluó el conocimiento adquirido después de la conferencia. Resultados: Los datos obtenidos de la encuesta demuestran que el 88,0% de los estudiantes presentaron molestias musculoesqueléticas durante la pandemia teniendo una relación con el 78,3%
