Análisis financiero para la implementación de una microempresa procesadora sustituto de café utilizando raíz de Taraxacum officinale y Vicia faba

Currently in the city of Riobamba there are few microenterprises that generate employment, faced with this problem and aware of the importance of generating new sources of work, it was proposed: carry out a feasibility study made up of a market, technical and financial study, where it was applied a methodology based on methods: analytical, deductive and inductive, techniques such as direct observation and surveys applied to inhabitants of various parishes in Riobamba. In the market study it was possible to determine the size of the supply-demand, showing a marketing plan where the 4p’s were established. In the technical study, the location of the plant was emphasized, as well as the description of the machinery, equipment and tools. Consequently, an investment of $9,093.00 was established, with an own capital of 10% and external capital of 90%, obtained through a loan with interest of 10.21% per year. In the same way, the cost structure, the profit and loss statement, cash flow and break-even point were established. In the Financial Evaluation of the project, a NPV of $6,086.09 was obtained; the IRR of 79.64%; the Benefit-Cost Ratio is 0.67 cents; the Capital Recovery period will be given in 2 years, 7 months and 12 days, therefore, the feasibility of he implementation of the microenterprise is determined Actualmente en la ciudad de Riobamba existen pocas microempresas generadoras de empleo, ante esta problemática y conscientes de la importancia de generar nuevas fuentes de trabajo, se planteó: realizar un estudio de factibilidad conformado por estudio de mercado, técnico y financiero, en donde se aplicó una metodología basada en métodos: analíticos, deductivos e inductivos, técnicas como observación directa y encuestas aplicadas en habitantes de varias parroquias de Riobamba. En el estudio de mercado se logró determinar el tamaño de la oferta-demanda, mostrando un plan de comercialización donde se estableció las 4p’s. En el estudio técnico se enfatizó la ubicación de la planta, al igual que la descripción de la maquinaria, equipos y herramientas. Por consiguiente, se estableció una inversión de $9.093,00, con un capital propio del 10% y el capital externo del 90%, obtenido a través de un crédito con interés del 10.21% anual.
