The export of bananas is an activity that is part of the economic boom in Ecuador. Given the great advantages of the Ecuadorian region, it has become one of the main countries worldwide with high quality standards in exported fruit. Many companies throughout Ecuador focus their activities on the export of bananas, for which they must comply with the requirements and standards demanded in the export markets. The company Unión de Bananeros Ecuatorianos SA UBESA., is a company with great expectations of growth and development in activities related to the export of bananas, however, due to illegal actions of third parties to the company, it suffered an economic and moral detriment, when involved in events related to drug contamination in containers. Due to the aforementioned, the main objective of this research is to design a Manual of Logistics Processes in the export of bananas that serves as a tool or guide for the Unión de Bananeros Ecuatorianos SA UBESA. and that allows you to minimize risks in the event of drug contamination in containers, update and improve the procedures that require it in an adequate and timely manner, facilitate and support the daily work of each of the workers in the logistics chain, which in turn in turn guarantee the legality and transparency in the export of bananas. A descriptive investigation is carried out, as data collection instruments, an interview and survey are applied to experts in foreign trade and company personnel. The results of the investigation have been satisfactory and the objectives achieved. La exportación de banano es una actividad que forma parte del auge económico del Ecuador. Dada las grandes ventajas de la región ecuatoriana, se ha convertido en uno de los principales países a nivel mundial con altos estándares de calidad en la fruta exportada.
