Zusammenfassung:The need for a humanist, inclusive and supportive education responds to the challenges of the 21st century and considers the capacities based on the criteria on professional competencies and managerial transformations in the educational system of the current Ecuadorian society, therefore an investigation was conducted whose objective es: Diagnose elements that affect labor productivity in the labor factor of three educational units of District 13D03 of the South of Manabí (Fifteen of October, Alejo Lascano and Manuel Inocencio Parrales y Guale). Conglomerate and factorial multivariate analysis was used to analyze the information of the teaching staff and conglomerates for service workers. The behavior of dissimilarity for teachers, in the different educational units showed that the Inocencio Parrales and Guale unit maintained 78.56% in the teachers' responses, results, different from the Alejo Lascano Units (30.23%) and Fifteen October. This behavior corresponds to the groups created when doing a cluster analysis, where group 1 was made up of Alejo Lascano and Quince de Octubre and group 2 was only made up of Parrales and Guale, however, the behavior of dissimilarity in workers of service in the educational units showed that the Alejo Lascano unit maintained 5.33% in the responses, results, different from the Inocencio Parrales and Guale (2.95%) and Quince de Octubre (4.33%) Units. This behavior also corresponds to the groups created when doing a cluster analysis, where group 1 was made up of Parrales and Guale and Quince de Octubre and group 2 was only formed by Alejo Lascano. The principal component method for teachers showed that the behavior of the variance was explained with two components; In the first component, the most important variables are related to low quality indicators and explained 68.52% of the variability, the second component or factor was related to high quality indicators and explained 31.47%. It is concluded that, the Organizational Management model of the Ministry of Education of Ecuador is not properly applied, consequently there is a poor productivity, as well as that the multivariate analysis used strategically is an effective method to evaluate the variability in organizational management in all its fields and its improvement in educational units. It is reaffirmed that education is important for socio-economic development, and governments allocate resources, but they are not enough to achieve maximum productivity, however, it is
