El proceso administrativo como herramienta para evaluaciones y auditorias

The present investigation had as objective, to develop the administrative process as a fundamental tool to carry out audits and evaluations of projects, therefore, a practical example of a Project Execution Unit "UEP" is exposed, located in the province of Chimborazo and that, executed some socio-productive projects with financing from the State and a Non-Governmental Organization, during the period between the years 2018 - 2022. For the development of this study, topics about the Administrative Process, its concept and dynamics, techniques, standards, the organizational structure and among others were demonstrated; preparing the budget whose objective was to improve the living conditions of 708 families that are in extreme poverty, through the delivery of reimbursable and non-reimbursable credits destined for agricultural, livestock and small industry production, projects that were executed in the period indicated above; and after verifying that around four years had elapsed since its investment, it was possible to verify compliance with the schedule, for which tables were prepared that show the Budget, Cash Flow in relation to the Cost, Sale and Profit obtained in the agricultural and industrial production, income from sales and self-consumption; and, Expenses in food, health, education, housing, clothing and savings; the latter, to continue with its productive activities. A presente investigação teve como objetivo, desenvolver o processo administrativo como ferramenta fundamental para realizar auditorias e avaliações de projetos, para tanto, expõe-se um exemplo prático de uma Unidade de Execução de Projetos “UEP”, localizada na província de Chimborazo e que, executou alguns projetos socioprodutivos com financiamento do Estado e de uma Organização Não Governamental, durante o período entre os anos de 2018 - 2022. Para o desenvolvimento deste estudo, foram demonstrados tópicos sobre o Processo Administrativo, seu conceito e dinâmica, técnicas, normas, estrutura organizacional e entre outros; elaborar o orçamento cujo objetivo era melhorar as condições de vida de 708 famílias em extrema pobreza, por meio da entrega de créditos reembolsáveis e não reembolsáveis destinados à produção agropecuária e de pequena indústria, projetos executados no período acima indicado; e após a verificação de cerca de quatro anos decorridos desde o seu investimento, foi possível verificar o cumprimento do cronograma, para o qual foram elaboradas tabelas que mostram o Orçamento,
