Zusammenfassung: | Introduction. Communication is a fundamental tool in the communication process in Higher Education
Institutions, the arrival of the pandemic forced the institutions to adopt new communication strategies
in order to maintain contact between the different actors in the educational process. Goal. Determine
the communication strategies between students, teachers and authorities at the Chimborazo Polytechnic
High School, Morona Santiago Headquarters in times of pandemic. Methodology: the research was
carried out on 55 students from the Zootechnics, Environmental, Mining and Information Technology
careers who received the subject of oral and written expression; for which surveys developed in Google
drive were used during the period October 2021 - March 2022, the results were analyzed with frequencies, the unbalanced statistical model and the Chi square test in the Excel and SPSS version 25
packages. Results: The students of oral and written communication they were able to communicate
with their authorities in 70.91%, with teachers, 92.73 and among students 96.36%, the topics discussed
with the different social actors were academic in a high percentage, followed by the social and finally
the cultural ; Regarding the medium and low level of communication, they reached the highest
percentage and high register the lowest frequency. They never presented problems in communication
between students, with teachers and with the authorities 41.82, 40.00 and 34.55 percent respectively,
so it is concluded that quarantine in times of pandemic negatively affected the communication process
between students-student, student -teacher and student-authorities.
Introdução. A comunicação é uma ferramenta fundamental no processo de comunicação nas
Instituições de Ensino Superior, a chegada da pandemia obrigou as instituições a adotarem novas
estratégias de comunicação de forma a manter o contacto entre os diferentes atores do processo
educativo. Meta. Determinar as estratégias de comunicação entre alunos, professores e autoridades
na Escola Secundária Politécnica Chimborazo, Sede Morona Santiago em tempos de pandemia.
Metodologia: a pesquisa foi realizada com 55 alunos das carreiras de Zootecnia, Meio Ambiente,
Mineração e Tecnologia da Informação que receberam a disciplina de expressão oral e escrita; para
os quais foram utilizados questionários desenvolvidos no Google drive durante o período de
outubro de 2021 a março de 2022, os resultados foram analisados com frequências, o modelo |
