La gestión administrativa en el desarrollo empresarial

This research aims to demonstrate that administrative management allows the development of every company, through the timely and good use of human talent; since people are the fundamental element in the improvement of the transformation and commercialization of goods or provision of services; Which as a result is demonstrated in the profitability of the business. With this initiative; At the request of the Manager - Owner could intervene in the company "Industrias la Fortaleza"; Located in the city of Riobamba, in the Republic of Ecuador, which had maintained a series of administrative problems caused by the Manager and most of its employees and workers, which resulted in poor customer service to the point where the two previous years had been giving economically unfavorable results to the business. The situation in which the company was found was that it had neither short-term nor long-term planning; no internal regulations were in place to regulate the behavior of all personnel, both administration and production; such as sales; The treatment of authority towards their workers was utterly despotic, with general malaise; That as a consequence, there were losses of materials, damages in the equipment, disregard to the customers; And, a general disorder. Faced with this situation; And seeking a final solution in order to achieve the development of the company "Industrias la Fortaleza", an agreement was established within the University Linkage Program, with the participation of Teachers and Students in order to develop a Business, Training and Transfer Plan Of Technology in the areas of Administration, Marketing and Industrial Mechanics; Achieving a series of changes, especially in the behavior of authorities and workers of the company. This case demonstrates a practical example, so that entrepreneurs must foresee and achieve their objectives in accordance with the established conclusions.
