Zusammenfassung:Increased competition and technological, economic, and social changes have challenged organizations to rethink the crucial role of their organizational policies and practices. Within this context, there are startups that have contributed to the development of Industry 4.0, defined as smart startups. These companies are characterized by presenting repetitive, scalable, and innovative business models and to develop smart industry technologies. However, the challenge for entrepreneurs has been to create management models that contribute to the competitiveness of startups. Thus, this research seeks to carry out a survey of the critical success factors that contribute to the management model of intelligent startups. For that, it was necessary to carry out a Systematic Literature Review and the application of the Delphi Technique. In the Systematic Literature Review, a search for articles was carried out in the Web of Science and Scopus databases, and 51 researches were found from combinations with the keywords "startup" AND "management model". Accordingly, a critical reading was carried out on the selected articles in order to verify the critical success factors of the smart startups' management model. Through the readings, 11 critical success factors were identified, and they were validated using the Delphi Technique. Finally, it is concluded that the critical success factors proposed for a management model will serve to guarantee a competitive advantage in the field of smart startups, contributing to the achievement of strategic objectives, facilitating the organizational performance, and meeting the needs of customers O aumento da concorrência e as mudanças tecnológicas, econômicas e sociais têm desafiado as organizações a repensar o papel crucial de suas políticas e práticas organizacionais. Entretanto, o desafio dos empreendedores tem sido criar modelos de gestão que contribuem na competitividade das startups. Dessa forma, essa pesquisa busca realizar um levantamento dos fatores críticos de sucesso que contribuem no modelo de gestão das startups inteligente.
